This kit is something every mom should have. It's not so much that the products included (cute bandaids, a few antiseptic wipes, some antibiotic ointment, a little gauze and some bigger bandages for skinned knees) are fantastic - they're just run-of-the mill stuff - but having a handy portable kit like this that you can easily re-fill with some additional antiseptic wipes (a need) and extra bandaids in additional sizes can be a lifesaver when you're out and about and the unexpected happens.

Just the other day, a plastic display stand fell off a shelf in our local superstore and hit my three year old on the face, leaving a small cut. I was so glad I had my little kit with just the necessities (usually no need for a tourniquet or surgical scissors when you run errands) so that I could clean the cut, put a little ointment, and a cute bandaid and she was happy as a clam knowing that Mommy can fix it. I have one in my diaper bag now, but I'm buying more to stash around in purses and the glove boxes - we have the big bulky kits but the truth is that you use the basics and the big intimidating stuff just gets in the way.

The best thing about this product is the handy hard case and the convenient size and shape - the rounded bullet shape fits anywhere, into anything. Get one and carry peace of mind in your stroller, purse, diaper bag, or desk drawer! This is the first Emergency bag Ive owned. I can say from a beginners experience that its a almost full of everything needed in an emergency situation. I bought it because where Im working at we need a first aid bag right with us incase of an accidental cut , burn or head injury.The only thing I wish it had would be an electric blood pressure monitor and an electric finger heart rate monitor other wise I will be adding to this bag as I learn more of whats needed.Read more

This kit has stuff for small injuries and for large emergencies.I highly recommend this for every day parents who might need it for any accidents.

If you are a medically-trained professional, this kit needs some "extras" to make it complete. I added a stethoscope, BP cuff, pen light, and lots more plastic gloves, but that was all. The kit has a few empty pockets and these "extras" fit perfectly. The kit is relatively small in size and doesn't take up much space in my car, or wherever you plan to store it. Overall, a great buy and worth having for any situation.

If someone get's shot on the hunting trip you can hold them over, if two people were shot the 2nd guy would be out of luck. (which I suppose would be pretty unlikely) Anyhow, I also like that there is a survival and first aid book to walk you through details as well as little note cards in each individual pouch explaining what supplies to use for different types of injuries. In all I'd say you could probably piece this together with more of the crucial supplies yourself for less, but if you're lazy and just want it done for you, then this is it.Read more
